If It Flies, It Dies Black Camo Heat-Applied Acrylic and Leatherette Hat Patch

This unique duck hunting-themed patch features a combination of leatherette and acrylic material.

The leatherette is LoneStar black duck camo material and the shell cap is a combination of copper/black and stainless/black Durra-Bull™ Laserable Acrylic by LoneStar Adhesive.

Each patch includes 3 pieces to make a complete patch. All 3 pieces nest together pretty snuggly so they can all be placed on hat at the same time and pressed together.

Total Patch Size is 77.75mm x 65.82mm

Shell Insert alone is 24mm x 24mm

Thickness is 1/16" or 1.5mm (could vary ever so slightly)

HAT PRESS NEEDED TO APPLY PATCHES TO HATS

Heat Press Settings:

IQ setting: Top 280 Bottom 320 for 45 seconds

Single Platen: 300 for 50 seconds
